CHL2-20 product overview
The CHL2-20 is a compact non-self-priming horizontal multistage centrifugal pump for clean, thin and non-explosive liquids without solid particles or fibres. Its stainless hydraulic construction and close-coupled motor suit industrial circulation, washing, water treatment and pressure duties.
This page presents model-specific operating data, dimensions and selection information.

CHL performance curves
The curve sheet shows head, absorbed power, NPSH and efficiency versus capacity for the complete CHL2 group.

Typical applications
- Air-conditioning and cooling-water circulation
- Industrial cleaning and washing systems
- Water treatment and purification
- Aquaculture and environmental systems
- Fertilization and metering-support systems
- Clean-water pressure boosting and process transfer
Selection and ordering guide
- Provide required flow and total dynamic head, including pipe and fitting losses.
- Confirm liquid composition, pH, chloride content, temperature, density and viscosity.
- Confirm normal or hot-water version, stainless grade and CHLF or CHLF(T) inlet/outlet construction.
- Confirm voltage, frequency, phase, connection standard and control method.
- Review NPSH available, inlet pressure and the 10 bar maximum working-pressure limit.
Installation and maintenance
Install the pump horizontally on a rigid level base, align piping without strain, provide isolation valves and avoid dry running. Prime the pump before start-up, verify motor rotation, and monitor noise, vibration, leakage, pressure and current. Isolate electrical power and system pressure before servicing seals, bearings or hydraulic stages.
