1. The oil chamber adopts fluoroelastic double-end mechanical sealing, and the outer chamber adopts a single-end mechanical sealing structure to
effectively reduce the problem of water inlet due to friction between the silt and the shaft and causing the shaft to wear.
2. The motor uses vacuum immersion paint to achieve F-level insulation and is equipped with a thermal protection device to effectively extend the service life of the pump.
3. Use precision cast pump shells, which are lightweight, corrosion-resistant, energy-saving, beautiful appearance, hygienic, and environmentally friendly.
4. Install overheating (＜2.2kW) and current protector (2.2~4kW) in the electric pump to prevent overload and heat from heating.
5. Corrosion-resistant cables, tetrafluoro seals, and high-temperature resistant motors can be customized according to customer's special requirements
(solving the use environment where the liquid temperature is ≤100℃).
